1. Press and hold the on/off button for more than 2 seconds to turn it on/off
2. Press the "M" key to switch usage mode:
3. Long press the power on button to enter mode 1: red light timing for 30 minutes
4. Press the M key once to enter mode 2: red light for 10 minutes
5. Press the M key twice to enter mode 3: alternating red and blue for 10 minutes
6. Press the M key three times to enter mode 4: Blue light for 10 minutes
7. Press the M key four times to enter mode 5: Red flashing for 30 minutes
